And Finally we arrived in Chicago, actually, St. Charles, at the hotel.  It was nice to have arrived.

On our way through St. Louis, we had an important choice to make.  Did we want to go to downtown St. Louis to see the Arch up close.  Or did we want to see if and get great pictures.  Of course, we chose great pictures.  We went to a park across the Mississippi River and took amazing pictures.

On the first day my goal was to drive all the way to St. Louis.  But of course, we left later than the goal.  No worries.  We stopped to see the Blue Whale of Catossa in Oklahoma.
